> INGREDIENTS:
For the skewers:
- 6 melon balls
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 6 HARi&CO Green Lentil Balls
For the cocktail sauce:
- 60 g plain non-dairy yogurt
- 15 g tomato paste
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 drops of hot sauce
- Salt and pepper
> PREPARATION:
Prepare the cocktail sauce:
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a small bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Prepare the skewers:
- Brown the HARi&CO green lentil balls in a dry pan.
- Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Form melon balls and cut them in half.
- Assemble the skewers by adding half a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, HARi&CO green lentil ball and half a melon ball onto a toothpick.
- Serve the bites as an appetizer with the cocktail sauce.
