We have decided to share our 100% plant-based green Buddha Bowl recipe with you.

A delightful and well-balanced meal that is ideal for lunch or dinner. Simple and delightful!


Ingredients (for 1 person):





1. Place the HARi&CO flageolet bean no-meat balls in a pan with a bit of fat and cook them on all sides for a total of 8 minutes. Poke them using a fork to check if they have fully defrosted. Cook the spaghetti al dente! At the same time, cook the broccoli.

2. Cut up the cucumber, the avocado, and the broccoli.

3. Combine everything with the spaghetti and add a dash of lemon juice, salt & pepper.
