Our green lentil no-meat balls are a perfect match for appetiser trays. Perfect for summer and winter alike, all you need to do is vary the seasonal accompaniments :). Here we’ve come up with vegetarian no-meat ball skewers, carrot sticks, radishes, cherry tomatoes… and a creamy hummus for ample dipping!
Preparation tips for our green lentil no-meat balls:
Place the HARi&CO green lentil no-meat balls in a pan with a little bit of fat and cook them on all sides for a total of 8 minutes. Poke them using a fork to check if they have fully defrosted.
